If your company isn’t investing in CRO then you’re leaving money on the table.
Optimize your business by improving your customer experience
But what is CRO?
CRO - Conversion Rate Optimization- is the process of introducing various changes to a digital platform to improve KPIs like conversion rate and revenue either directly or indirectly through secondary metrics. This is traditionally achieved through A/B testing.
With A/B testing, experiments on your website or app tests variations in design, branding, information architecture, UX, copy, choice framing, gamification, etc. A portion of your audience sees your current setup (the “control”) and a portion sees your variation(s). A statistical framework coupled by an environment controlled for data biases helps determine if your variations improved conversion (or other KPIs) or worsened. A series of iterations in aggregate can bring massive gains to your company’s performance and provide the exact data for which efforts contributed how much.
And why should I care?
CRO and A/B testing are critical to getting the most out of your online business, especially if you have ambitious growth goals. These tools are the cutting-edge tactics of some of the most successful brands on the planet. You could be spending millions to drive traffic to your platform but if your website doesn’t perform because it hasn’t been optimized,, then at best you are not getting your money’s worth, but at worst you are drastically wasting your money.
It is critical to pair optimization efforts with acquisition efforts, and to continually iterate and test. A website is never fully optimized. You can always do better. Get the most out of our audience, your platform, and your money with A/B testing and CRO.

And Why Hire The CRO Expert?
Hi there! I am Taylor. I have worked the gamut of billion dollar company, startup, and household name corporation, leading A/B testing as an overseeing specialist and an expert. I have an incredible amount of experience and knowledge that you will be hard-pressed to find elsewhere. I have a passion for high-speed growth, and am data-driven in every business decision that I make.
And unlike your digital marketer who has little experience on the mathematical rigor and best practices behind A/B testing that help prevent invalid results, I am one of the few specialists in my field. Let’s schedule a call and discuss how we can grow your business together.
Common Reasons to NOT invest in CRO & why they’re WRONG:
Right now we’re focused on acquiring customers.
That’s the most important time to invest in a CRO program! If you are paying to bring traffic to your site and your website is not performing as it could, at best you are leaving money on the table and having higher than necessary CPAs, and at worst you’re wasting your money.
I don’t think I have enough traffic
Digital platforms small to large can have CRO strategies - they each will just have their different approaches. In fact it can be best to implement a rigorous A/B testing + CRO practice prior to scaling your business so that your business can be built with the correct framework and the correct best practices. Reverse-engineering CRO strategies of large companies stuck in their ways is often a much more difficult process.
We have a rebrand/redesign coming up anyway
A/B testing is critical to redesigns. Before the redesign, testing helps you uncover UX and design learnings that will guide the direction of your redesign, and during the redesign, you can use A/B testing to test in your redesign and understand if it is effective or not and what about it does not work. You can test in parts or all at once (a strategy in and of itself!)
I know our audience and know what works
Not all user behavior is intuitive, and sometimes users will follow a logical path that is different than the one you would take. This can even differ across segmentations of your audience. Furthermore, ugly design often outperforms pretty design. It is important to test so that you can make sure your changes are having a positive impact, and so that you can understand exactly the positive or negative impact that something has.
